Privacy notice

This notice covers information you send through this website. Information shared during an engagement is governed by that engagement's contract and confidentiality terms.

What we collect

When you submit the engagement form, we receive your name, firm, work email, deal stage and the message you write. We collect nothing else through this site: it sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and discuss a possible engagement.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We don't sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it's stored

This site is hosted by Vercel. When you submit the form, it is sent to Formspree, which delivers it to our inbox. Both process it on our behalf and may do so outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored outside Canada may be accessible to authorities there under local law.

How long we keep it

If no engagement follows, we delete form submissions within 24 months. If we work together, we keep correspondence for as long as the engagement and our record-keeping obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Send your request through the form on our home page and start your message with "Privacy request". We'll respond within 30 days.
